隨著科技發展，我嘗試在社區服務當中引入人工智能技術，旨在提供更便捷、即時的社區服務。我們深信，融入人工智能將為社區居民帶來無數好處和便利。「田景社區助理」正是我為大家帶來的嘗試：根據過往的社區服務經驗，我透過網絡上的平台創作了一個能夠回答各位街坊對社區問題的各類查詢，以及提供社區資訊和指引。當你遇到社區問題時，譬如家居滲水、公屋申請、社會福利申請等，「田景社區助理」都可以為你提供簡單但即時的協助。
「田景社區助理」依然處於實驗性質的探索階段，而且只能簡單應付有關屯門田景邨、兆邦苑及兆畦苑的個案，資料亦未盡完美，敬請見諒。

區議員任期內社區服務回顧
社區服務倡議 Community Work Initiative
「凝聚」令社區變得更好
我從預科時期在勞工團體當實習起對社區服務產生興趣，日後在大學修讀社會學亦令我對營運社區有更多理論基礎以及實踐理念。於2019年，我在我成長的社區，位於屯門的田景，競選區議員。承蒙街坊支持，能夠在四名候選人中超過五成選票，成功當選。
我主張以「凝聚」作為社區營運的核心，而我認為社區工作可以從三個面向以達至此核心 —— (1)接觸和了解社區個體；(2) 進行社區組織工作；(3) 建立組織與組織之間連繫。建立更緊密的社區網絡，促進互助合作和友好關係的形成，以達致「凝聚」。
除了重視社區中不同層次的連繫外，我亦致力為個案求助者提供援助。任期的四年之內，我和和團隊成員處理超過2,000宗社區求助個案，範圍涉及房屋、社會福利、法律求助、勞工福利等等。之餘，我亦一直與相關部門合作致力改善社區衞生環境，並就不同範疇的社區事務提出倡議，務求令社區更宜居。
時至2023年12月，我便卸任區議員一職。日後，我會繼續在不同岡位上關注社區事務，並繼續為社區服務。目前，我正嘗試以人工智能技術應用於社區服務中。如果你對社區事務有疑問或意見，歡迎與我聯絡，互相交流。
"Fostering unity" makes the community better.
My passion for community service blossomed during my formative years, when I embarked on an enriching internship with a labor organization. Deepening my knowledge through a university education in sociology, I developed a profound understanding of community management, both in theory and practice. In 2019, my aspirations led me to run for the esteemed position of district councillor in my cherished hometown of Tin King, nestled within the serene surroundings of Tuen Mun. Graciously supported by my neighbors, my campaign triumphed with resounding success, garnering over 50% of the votes—4,254 in total—outshining a field of formidable contenders.
At the very heart of my community endeavors lies the guiding principle of "fostering unity." I firmly believe that the realization of this ideal is contingent upon three fundamental pillars: firstly, engaging and comprehending the needs of individuals within our community; secondly, orchestrating impactful community initiatives; and lastly, forging meaningful connections between diverse organizations. By cultivating a robust network, fostering a spirit of mutual aid, cooperation, and cultivating enduring friendships, we can weave a tapestry of unity and harmony within our community.
Beyond my unwavering commitment to nurturing connections at every level of our community, I am fervently dedicated to extending a helping hand to those in need. Over the course of my four-year tenure, my devoted team and I diligently addressed over 2,000 cases requiring community assistance, spanning a wide spectrum of concerns such as housing, social welfare, legal aid, and labor rights. Moreover, I have actively collaborated with pertinent authorities to enhance our community's environmental well-being, while passionately advocating for a myriad of community affairs. Our shared vision is to craft an idyllic and livable community, where tranquility and prosperity thrive in harmonious coexistence.
As the year draws to a close, December 2023 marks the conclusion of my tenure as a district councillor. However, my unwavering dedication to community service remains unwavering. In the future, I will continue to passionately engage in community affairs, assuming various roles as a catalyst for positive change.
