Mobility Strategy of non-standard employment in Hong Kong
香港零散工流動策略

This study aims to explore the relationship between non-standard employment and social mobility among Hong Kong's youth. I am recruiting young individuals engaged in temporary and part-time work to conduct interviews. By doing so, I tend to investigate their strategy to safeguard themselves against a downward spiral in life and to secure greater labor returns, striving for upward mobility in earnings.
